First class Berth or Tapanukul (তাপানুকূল): This is the most expensive class Bangladesh rail. This air-conditioned coach is used on popular Inter-City routes. The coaches are carpeted, have sleeping accommodation, ample legroom, and have privacy features like personal coupes/Cabin. এটি সবচেয়ে ব্যয়বহুল ক্লাস। শীতাতপ নিয়ন্ত্রিত এই কোচ জনপ্রিয় আন্তঃনগর রুটে ব্যবহার করা হয়। কোচগুলি কার্পেট করা, ঘুমানোর আবাসন, যথেষ্ট লেগরুম এবং ব্যক্তিগত কুপের মতো গোপনীয়তার বৈশিষ্ট্য রয়েছে। 

 First class (প্রথম শ্রেণী): This class is generally rich, but not air-conditioned. Has sleeping berths, and ample legroom. এই শ্রেণী অপেক্ষাকৃত বিলাসবহুল, কিন্তু শীতাতপ নিয়ন্ত্রিত নয়। ঘুমানোর স্থান এবং পর্যাপ্ত পায়ের ঘর আছে। 

First class-Chair-Snigdha (প্রথম শ্রেণী চেয়ার):

The Chair car or you may be called day coach with a total of five seats in a row on broad gauge trains and four seats in a row on meter gauge trains used for daily travel. ব্রডগেজ ট্রেনে একটি সারিতে মোট পাঁচটি আসন এবং মিটারগেজ ট্রেনে একটি সারিতে চারটি আসন বিশিষ্ট চেয়ার কার বা ডে কোচ, প্রতিদিনের ভ্রমণের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Second class-Shovon Chair (২য় শ্রেণী-শোভন চেয়ার): The 2nd Class Shovon Chair is basically a chair car-like local busses preferred by most middle-class passengers. Has a total of five seats in a row on broad gauge trains and four seats in a row on meter gauge trains.

২য় শ্রেণীর শোভন চেয়ার মূলত একটি চেয়ার কার-এর মতো স্থানীয় বাস যা বেশিরভাগ মধ্যবিত্ত যাত্রীদের পছন্দ। ব্রডগেজ ট্রেনে একটি সারিতে মোট পাঁচটি আসন এবং মিটারগেজ ট্রেনে একটি সারিতে চারটি আসন রয়েছে। 

2nd Class-Shovon (২য় শ্রেণী-শোভন): Cheapest classes for lower-middle-class; seats are not very comfortable. There seem to be people standing with no support. নিম্ন-মধ্যবিত্তের জন্য সবচেয়ে সস্তা ক্লাস; আসন খুব আরামদায়ক নয়। কোন সাপোর্ট ছাড়া মানুষদের দাঁড়িয়ে থাকতে দেখা যায়।

2nd Class-Shulov (২য় শ্রেণী- সুলভ): This is the cheapest accommodation of intercity trains with seats made of pressed wood or steel and are cushioned. It's Found in sub-urban and short-distance routes. These coaches are usually very crowded. চাপা কাঠ বা ইস্পাতের তৈরি এবং কুশনযুক্ত আসন সহ আন্তঃনগর ট্রেনের সস্তা বাসস্থান। শুধুমাত্র উপ-শহর এবং স্বল্প-দূরত্বের রুটে পাওয়া যায়। এই কোচ সাধারণত খুব ভিড় হয়. 

 2nd class seat in Mail/Comuter: A seat even buggy is not guaranteed. There is shulov class uncomfortable seat. These coaches are mostly crowded. একটি আসন এমনকি বগি নিশ্চিত করা হয় না. শুলোভ ক্লাসের অস্বস্তিকর সিট আছে। এসব কোচে বেশির ভাগই ভীড় থাকে।
